Landfill gas (LFG) is created when microorganisms breakdown the wastes deposited in landfills. Landfill gas contains greenhouse gases that are harmful to the environment and can be collected and incinerated or utilized for the generation of useful energy products such as electricity, natural gas, or fuel for burners and furnaces. GNH Consulting has designed, built, and monitored LFG systems for clients in BC.

After LFG systems are completed we can operate the system on behalf of the owner or train staff to control and manage the system.
